We are looking for an experienced US-based Specialist Wireless Network Engineer to support a major network modernization program focused on improving reliability, security, and user experience across enterprise and industrial environments.
This initiative includes:
✔️ Enterprise Wi-Fi modernization
✔️ SD-WAN overlay connectivity
✔️ Aruba ClearPass implementations
✔️ 5G & satellite connectivity solutions
✔️ Wireless surveys and RF optimization
✔️ Network hardware refresh programs
🔹 Key Skills Required:
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco & Aruba WLAN technologies
• Expertise with Aruba ClearPass (802.1X, RADIUS, profiling, role-based access)
• Deep understanding of RF fundamentals, Wi-Fi 5/6/6E/7, WLAN authentication & policy engines
• Experience with Ekahau / Hamina wireless survey tools
• Experience with CradlePoint or similar 5G networking platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Wi-Fi performance and authentication issues
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Wi-Fi deployments
🔹 Preferred Certifications:
• CWNA / CWDP / CWSP / CWNE
• CCNP / CCIE Wireless
• Aruba ACMP / ACDP / ACCX
✈️ Ad-hoc travel required to National Grid locations for onsite Wi-Fi surveys and deployment activities.
