Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract (High chances of extension)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager with Pega experience to support Customer Engagement initiatives within the ETS Business Systems Delivery (BSD) team. This role requires strong expertise in Agile delivery, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end project management within a technical environment. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams and drive successful delivery of projects across the Pega platform.


Key Responsibilities
-Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
-Manage project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
-Collaborate with Product Owners, development, QA, and business stakeholders
-Utilize Azure DevOps for tracking tasks, defects, progress, and reporting
-Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
-Ensure effective stakeholder communication and status reporting
-Oversee QA processes and ensure adherence to delivery quality standards
-Drive release planning, coordination, and execution
-Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate distributed teams
-Support vendor and supplier management activities


Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, SAFe
Proven experience managing technical projects in Agile environments
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in project planning, roadmap development, and delivery tracking
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities


Technical Skills (Must Have)
-Hands-on experience with Pega Platform
-Agile Delivery Leadership
-API Integration knowledge
-Cloud Migration exposure
-Product Roadmap Management

-Agile & Waterfall Project Management
-Project Management Certification (Preferred)


Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in Utility / Energy domain
-Prior experience working with large enterprise clients
