Technical Program Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Program Manager (Ad Tech) 🚀

📍 Location: Hybrid – New York (Hudson Yards office, 3 days/week)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional ad tech initiatives. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have strong experience managing large-scale technical programs across engineering, ad sales, ad operations, analytics, and data teams — this opportunity is for you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead planning and execution of multi-team ad tech programs
✅ Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance
✅ Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors
✅ Drive Jira-based execution and Confluence documentation
✅ Support requirement gathering, translation, and UAT coordination
✅ Deliver clear milestone tracking and executive status reporting

🔹 Required Qualifications:

✔ 5–10 years of Technical Program Management experience
✔ Strong background in Ad Tech / Ad Operations systems
✔ Experience delivering large-scale, multi-platform solutions
✔ Expertise in Jira & Confluence (Monday.com is a plus)
✔ Strong Agile & SDLC delivery experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
