We are actively seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET, Azure, and HR domain integrations for a high-impact onsite role.
π§ Core Technical Skills:
β Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework
β Hands-on experience with Azure (Function Apps, Data Factory, DevOps)
β Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2019
β Strong background in Cloud DevOps
π§ Domain Expertise Required:
β HR domain knowledge in Payroll, Time & Attendance, Employee Verification, Labor Standards, Gratuity
β Experience with Workday integrations
β Exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle (requirements β implementation β support)
πΌ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Gather and document business & technical requirements
β’ Translate requirements into technical specifications
β’ Analyze systems, APIs, and data integrations
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, QA, Product, Business)
β’ Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement)
β’ Support development & production environments
β’ Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging
β’ Lead system implementation and optimization
β’ Ensure compliance, reporting, and system performance tracking
