We are actively seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET, Azure, and HR domain integrations for a high-impact onsite role.

🔧 Core Technical Skills:
✔ Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework
✔ Hands-on experience with Azure (Function Apps, Data Factory, DevOps)
✔ Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2019
✔ Strong background in Cloud DevOps

🧠 Domain Expertise Required:
✔ HR domain knowledge in Payroll, Time & Attendance, Employee Verification, Labor Standards, Gratuity
✔ Experience with Workday integrations
✔ Exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle (requirements → implementation → support)

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business & technical requirements
• Translate requirements into technical specifications
• Analyze systems, APIs, and data integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, QA, Product, Business)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement)
• Support development & production environments
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging
• Lead system implementation and optimization
• Ensure compliance, reporting, and system performance tracking
