🔧 Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
✔️ Strong experience in designing JEE-based SOA applications
✔️ Hands-on expertise with SCA (Service Component Architecture), EJBs, Web Services (SOAP & REST)
✔️ Proven experience working in Agile environments, mentoring team members & ensuring quality delivery
✔️ Experience with JSF & JavaScript development
✔️ Proficiency in Eclipse / IBM Rational Tool Stack (RSA, RAD, IID)
✔️ Strong understanding of UML diagrams & model-driven development
✔️ Experience with IBM ESD tools (WBM, WPS, BPM, WID) & BPEL
✔️ Strong SQL skills with experience in complex relational database queries & transaction management
