Hiring: Lead Software Engineer – Azure DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Cloud Infrastructure Automation to support enterprise healthcare platforms and cloud modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design and manage secure Azure cloud infrastructure environments
✔ Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
✔ Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for automated provisioning and deployments
✔ Collaborate with cloud architects, developers, and InfoSec teams to implement scalable cloud platforms
✔ Ensure platform compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and enterprise security standards
✔ Monitor system reliability, scalability, and operational performance across cloud environments
✔ Drive automation, cloud governance, and DevOps best practices

Required Skills & Experience:
🔹 Strong experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipeline automation
🔹 Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure design
🔹 Experience building Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform
🔹 Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks
🔹 Experience supporting highly available and scalable enterprise applications
🔹 Strong troubleshooting, automation, and scripting capabilities
🔹 Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Experience in healthcare or regulated industry environments
⭐ Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, and enterprise compliance standards
⭐ Knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native technologies
⭐ Azure certifications preferred
