🚀 We’re Hiring | Lead Software Engineer – Salesforce Marketing Cloud
📍 Location: New York, United States
🏢 Client: Direct Healthcare, LLC

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional to join our team as a Lead Software Engineer. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SFMC migrations, AMP script, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Execute phased SFMC migration plans while coordinating with internal stakeholders
• Rebuild and configure Automation Studio automations and Journey Builder journeys
• Migrate and restructure Data Extensions and subscriber data
• Recreate email templates, HTML emails, and landing pages with dynamic content and AMPscript logic
• Utilize Package Manager for asset deployment across environments
• Perform detailed QA/UAT to validate migrated components
• Document migration processes, configurations, and best practices

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
✔ 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
✔ Experience with full BU or instance-level SFMC migrations
✔ Strong AMPscript expertise (dynamic content, personalization, data lookups)
✔ Automation Studio & Journey Builder experience
✔ HTML/CSS expertise for email and landing page development
✔ Experience with SFMC Package Manager
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Strong documentation and organizational abilities

🔹 Nice to Have:
➕ SFMC REST/SOAP API experience
➕ Salesforce CRM integration knowledge (Sales/Service Cloud)
➕ SFMC Administrator or Email Specialist certification
➕ Experience in regulated industries with strong data governance requirements
