We’re looking for a seasoned Lead Software Engineer to drive architecture, scalability, and reliability across critical systems. If you’re passionate about building high-performing, secure, and cloud-native applications—this role is for you.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
Define architectural direction and domain boundaries aligned with business goals
Own and execute a 1-year technical roadmap with measurable deliverables
Design and build scalable systems using Java, Spring, and AWS Serverless services
Establish CI/CD pipelines and progressive delivery strategies (feature flags, canary, blue-green)
Implement observability (logs, metrics, tracing) with actionable insights
Lead incident management (SEV-1/SEV-2) and drive long-term reliability improvements
Ensure secure SDLC practices, threat modeling, and compliance readiness
Drive performance optimization, cost efficiency, and capacity planning
Lead cross-team initiatives and modernize legacy systems

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience with Java, Spring Framework, and AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
Proven expertise in system architecture and distributed systems design
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native development
Deep understanding of SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and reliability engineering
Experience with testing strategies (unit, integration, contract, performance)
Strong knowledge of security best practices and secure coding
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
