We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer / LLM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, AI/ML, Python, and enterprise AI deployment.
🔹 Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of software engineering/development experience
• 4+ years of hands-on AI/ML, Deep Learning amp; Generative AI
• Proven production experience with end-to-end GenAI applications
• Expert Python programming
• PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformer
• Hugging Face PEFT / LoRA, Datasets amp; Accelerate
• Scikit-learn amp; spaCy
• Open-weight LLMs: Llama, Mistral, Gemma, DeepSeek, Qwen
• LLM serving: vLLM, Ollama, TensorRT-LLM, or Triton
• Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, Inference amp; Optimization
• Linux, Docker amp; Kubernetes
• OpenShift, Rancher, or microK8s
• On-prem / local GPU infrastructure
• CUDA, GPU configuration, orchestration amp; optimization
• Experience with secure, isolated or air-gapped environments
• Strong software architecture, troubleshooting amp; production deployment experience
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
