We’re looking for a Backend / Full Stack Engineer to join an engineering team building financial infrastructure that processes billions of dollars in nonprofit payments.
📍 Location: New York, NY
🏢 Work Mode: 4 Days In-Office (Monday–Thursday) | WFH Friday
💼 Employment: Full-Time
🎯 Experience: 2–10 Years in Backend Engineering
🛂 Visa Transfers: OPT / H-1B Transfers Supported
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required
⚡ REQUIRED
• 2–10 years of backend engineering experience
• Experience at a reputable, growing company (Capital One-tier or faster), preferably a VC-backed startup
• Experience owning and building scalable backend systems end-to-end
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field

💻 WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Build and own backend server applications and components end-to-end, from design through production
• Contribute to architecture decisions across APIs, backend systems, and infrastructure
• Help define engineering standards and best practices
• Collaborate directly with founders, product, and engineering through whiteboarding and technical discussions
• Improve real-time monitoring and alerting capabilities
• Work across a wide range of engineering projects across the platform
⭐ NICE TO HAVE
• Fintech or payments infrastructure experience
• Proficiency in Go or Node.js
• Experience with Terraform and AWS infrastructure
