Software Engineer

Position Title: Oracle AI-First Software Engineer
Location: Remote / Hybrid`
Experience
8+ years of Oracle SCM / Oracle EBS / Oracle SCM Cloud experience with strong hands-on experience applying AI technologies across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).


Key Responsibilities
Apply AI technologies across the complete Software Development Lifecycle.
Leverage AI for requirements analysis, solution design, and technical documentation.
Use AI-assisted code generation, refactoring, debugging, and optimization.
Implement AI-assisted testing, automated test generation, and regression testing strategies.
Leverage AI to improve code reviews, development productivity, and engineering quality.
Integrate AI capabilities into DevOps and CI/CD workflows.
Use AI for production monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and operational support.
Develop and optimize prompts for software engineering and Oracle SCM use cases.
Utilize GitHub Copilot and other AI-powered developer tools.
Apply Agentic AI frameworks to automate engineering and development workflows.
Design and implement RAG-based solutions for enterprise engineering and Oracle application use cases.
Drive AI-powered modernization initiatives across Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive development, testing, and support activities.
Measure and report improvements in productivity, quality, delivery speed, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with functional, technical, DevOps, QA, and business teams.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS.
Deep understanding of Oracle Supply Chain applications and technical architecture.
Proven experience applying AI across multiple stages of the SDLC.
Experience with AI-assisted requirements and solution design.
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
Experience integrating AI into DevOps and CI/CD processes.
Strong software development, debugging, integration, and troubleshooting skills.
