Are you passionate about building next-generation AI solutions on Google Cloud? We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Contact Center AI (CCAI), and Generative AI to develop intelligent, real-time customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Design, develop, and enhance real-time contact center solutions using Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) and Agent Assist
🔹 Build and maintain event-driven, cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
🔹 Develop scalable Generative AI solutions leveraging enterprise-approved LLMs
🔹 Design reference architectures for LLMs, RAG, vector databases, APIs, and orchestration frameworks
🔹 Build real-time AI services that provide contextual recommendations and automation for agent-facing applications
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing AI solutions
