✅ Must-Have Requirements
5+ years of experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading Big Tech companies
Strong hands-on full-stack software engineering experience (non-SWE profiles will not be considered)
Proven experience with AWS, Go, TypeScript, React, and Next.js
Excellent product mindset with the ability to work independently and own features end-to-end
⭐ Bonus Skills
Production experience building RAG pipelines
Serverless architecture experience (AWS Lambda, SQS, etc.)
💼 Key Responsibilities
Build innovative AI-powered products that transform legal workflows
Collaborate directly with customers to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions
Design, prototype, and implement production-grade AI/RAG pipelines
Develop and deploy code multiple times daily on a fully serverless AWS platform using Go microservices and React/TypeScript applications
Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and engineering best practices
