AI Talent Hunt is hiring on behalf of its partner for an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing AI startup building production-grade AI solutions for the renewable energy sector.
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days/week in Brooklyn)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $150,000 – $220,000 + Competitive Equity
Visa Support: OPT sponsorship available and H-1B transfers supported.
We're looking for candidates with:
3–8 years of software engineering experience
Strong Python and SQL skills
Recent experience deploying AI agents into production
Experience with LangGraph, Agent SDKs, or similar AI frameworks
Strong backend, ETL, database, and infrastructure experience
Startup experience is highly preferred
Experience with geospatial data or energy infrastructure is a plus
