🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior SharePoint Developer to lead the development and enhancement of a Call Center Level 2 SharePoint intranet and knowledge base (PowerApps). This role focuses on building a structured, scalable, and user-friendly knowledge platform with strong search capabilities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint intranet & knowledge base solutions
✔ Build and manage PowerApps components within the Power Platform
✔ Structure and organize content for seamless navigation and searchability
✔ Maintain inventory of pages, content, and site architecture
✔ Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and permissions
✔ Coordinate content intake, publishing workflows, and readiness
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve usability
✔ Support migration planning and dependency tracking
✔ Troubleshoot SharePoint performance, access, and usability issues
✔ Create documentation, user guides, and onboarding materials
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
✅ 10+ years of overall IT experience
✅ Strong expertise in SharePoint development & architecture
✅ Hands-on experience with PowerApps / Power Platform
✅ Solid understanding of information architecture & UX principles
✅ Experience in content governance and stakeholder management
✅ Knowledge of permissions, access control, and security best practices
✅ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
