We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to drive Agile transformation within the Capital Markets division.
This is a unique Player/Coach role for someone who can lead teams through transformation from traditional Waterfall to Agile and help establish strong SAFe practices across the organization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead Agile transformation from Waterfall to Scrum/SAFe
✔ Stand up new Scrum teams and Agile delivery models
✔ Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices
✔ Implement and scale SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices
✔ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews
✔ Remove blockers and improve team delivery efficiency
✔ Partner with leadership to drive Agile adoption across the enterprise
✔ Support continuous improvement and Agile maturity growth
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ 10+ years of experience as Scrum Master
✔ Strong experience in Agile Transformation initiatives
✔ Hands-on expertise with SAFe Framework
✔ Experience working in Capital Markets domain
✔ Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
✔ Ability to work in hybrid enterprise environments
✔ Excellent communication and coaching abilities
