• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Drive Agile best practices and mentor team members
• Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, and release readiness
• Manage Azure DevOps boards (Epics, Features, User Stories, Defects)
• Identify and remove blockers, ensuring smooth delivery
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external partners
• Monitor team capacity and optimize performance
• Generate reports and dashboards for tracking team health and progress
• Ensure user stories are well-defined and delivered through production
