🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and development of highly scalable backend applications and services using Python.

Build, integrate, and secure robust RESTful APIs and microservices.

Optimize data processing pipelines, backend logic, and database interactions (SQL and NoSQL).

Write clean, testable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and design patterns.

Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, including frontend developers and product managers, to deliver seamless solutions.

Drive code reviews, establish technical standards, and mentor junior/mid-level engineering team members.

Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS/Azure) utilizing containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues to ensure maximum application uptime and performance.

🔹 Qualifications
✔️ 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in software engineering with a core focus on Python backend development.
✔️ Deep, expert-level proficiency in modern Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
✔️ Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and complex query optimization.
✔️ Proven track record of designing and deploying highly available Microservices architectures.
✔️ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
✔️ Solid understanding of version control (Git), automated testing (PyTest), and Agile methodologies.
✔️ Experience in the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or IoT domain is a strong plus.
✔️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
