📍 Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through successful delivery.
✅ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
✅ Monitor project progress, document decisions, communicate updates, and escalate risks.
✅ Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
✅ Create and manage user stories in Azure DevOps.
✅ Oversee QA testing and software release management.
✅ Collaborate closely with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
✔ 8+ years of Project Management experience, preferably managing web projects.
✔ Proven experience delivering websites and digital products from planning to launch.
✔ Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
✔ Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management/ticketing tools.
✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
✔ Experience setting up project management tools and processes.
✔ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
⭐ Familiarity with SEO tools and digital content management.
⭐ Background in journalism, content writing, or marketing.
⭐ PMP or PRINCE2 Certification preferred.
⭐ Experience with Airtable, Jira, Azure DevOps, and similar tools.
⭐ Budget and resource management experience.
