Position Details:
Role: Senior Java Front Office Software Developer
Location: New York City – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 6 months contract (likely extension and conversion to full-time)
Interview Process: 2–3 video interviews + coding test + onsite final round

Key Technical Skills:
• Strong Java development experience (Front Office environment)
• Experience with Equities domain (Loans, Collateral, Margins, Lending)
• Knowledge of FIX Protocol
• JavaScript (around 20% front-end work)
• Experience with Trading Platforms such as Order Management Systems, Stock Loan systems, or Market Data platforms
• Experience working directly with Traders, Quants, and Risk teams
• Exposure to Time-series data and Pricing strategies
• Understanding of Equity derivatives and trading workflows
