Looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and MySQL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS log analysis, CI/CD pipelines, production support, architecture reviews, and leading offshore teams.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of enterprise application development experience
- 8+ years of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and MySQL
- Strong knowledge of Java features, OOP, design patterns, SQL, and performance tuning
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch, application logs, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies
- Strong architecture/design review experience
- Experience mentoring offshore teams and driving delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- AI-assisted development experience is a plus
