We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Advanced Developer to join our Deposits Agile Squad/Fleet. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Gradle, IBM WebSphere MQ, and enterprise application development.

• Design and develop high-quality Core Java applications
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and integration standards
• Participate in design and architecture discussions
• Troubleshoot and investigate production issues
• Support web application, database, and production-system debugging
• Contribute across the full SDLC: analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile delivery
🔹 Required Skills
✅ 15+ years of hands-on Java development experience
✅ Strong Core Java 8 — Collections, Data Structures, OOP, Generics, Lambda, Multithreading
✅ Spring / Spring Boot / RESTful APIs / Gradle
✅ IBM WebSphere MQ / MQ Series
✅ Messaging & Streaming — MQ, Kafka
✅ Web Services — REST / SOAP
✅ Spring Batch and batch processing
✅ JUnit, TDD, Concordion
✅ BDD with Cucumber & Gherkin
✅ Git and Jenkins / CI
✅ Agile & DevOps practices
✅ Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms
✅ Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML5
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
