Senior IT Program Manager

Job Title: Senior IT Program Manager - 5519-1 (Tier 3)

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months

Experience Required:
7–9 years of experience in IT Program / Project Management

Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver large-scale IT programs across multiple teams
Work closely with senior leadership (CTO, Directors, stakeholders)
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for project tracking and reporting
Track KPIs, project health, risks, and resource allocation
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
Handle resource planning, capacity planning, and forecasting
Identify risks, issues, and drive resolution
Ensure projects align with enterprise architecture and business goals
Collaborate with teams across cloud, applications, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
Support strategic planning and technology roadmap initiatives

Required Skills:
Strong experience in IT Program / Project Management
Stakeholder management and executive communication
KPI tracking, reporting, and data analysis
Risk management (RAID logs)
Resource planning and forecasting
Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard creation and reporting)
Experience with Jira and ServiceNow

Required Certifications (Mandatory):
PMP (Project Management Professional)
Agile Certification
CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
ITIL Foundation
All certifications must be active (no expired certifications)

Additional Requirements:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience working in complex enterprise or public sector environments
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
