🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to enable high-performing Agile delivery across squads within a Financial Services environment. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams, improve delivery flow, and drive continuous improvement.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups, iteration/sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments and help resolve risks and dependencies.
Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices.
Improve delivery flow, predictability, velocity, and team maturity.
Promote servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders across the value stream.
Support Agile readiness, governance, tooling, and quality standards.
Work effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams.
🔹 Required Skills
Strong Scrum Master / Agile experience.
Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
Strong facilitation and Agile coaching skills.
Experience managing impediments, risks, and dependencies.
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination.
Experience working with distributed teams.
Agile metrics, tooling, and delivery-readiness experience.
Financial Services / Banking / Insurance experience preferred.
