Hiring: Mid-Level Scrum Master || Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

We're looking for a Mid-Level Scrum Master with Banking/Financial Services experience to join a high-performing Agile team in New York, NY. If you're passionate about Agile delivery and have experience working on enterprise financial projects, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews & Retrospectives)
✅ Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices
✅ Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
✅ Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize work
✅ Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics using Jira or Azure DevOps
✅ Foster continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
Required Skills:
5+ years of Scrum Master experience
Strong experience in Banking or Financial Services domain
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification is a plus
