We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect (Manager Level) with a strong background in Agile delivery and Scrum leadership to support enterprise Salesforce implementations.

🔹 Required Expertise:
• Salesforce Health Cloud
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Scrum Framework & Agile Methodologies
• Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives
• Backlog Refinement & Dependency Management
• Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Team Leadership

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies and drive successful sprint execution.
• Remove blockers and enable delivery teams to achieve sprint goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Track sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Support Salesforce implementation projects, including configuration, customization, integrations, and deployment activities.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.

🔹 Required Skills:
• 7+ years of Salesforce platform delivery experience.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in fast-paced implementation environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce release management and deployment processes.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce Administration or Configuration experience.
• SAFe Agile experience.
• Scrum Certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.

🎓 Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
