We are seeking a senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Technical Lead to act as the technical authority across complex client engagements. This role will drive end-to-end implementation, guide architecture decisions, and ensure scalable, high-quality Marketing Cloud solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
✅ Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable SFMC configurations
✅ Act as SME across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Push, Mobile Connect, Interaction Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Data Extensions, CloudPages, Intelligence Reports
✅ Design and optimize SFMC data architecture (data models, segmentation, contact model, data extensions)
✅ Build and manage lifecycle, triggered, and multi-channel campaigns
✅ Work with SQL, AMPscript, HTML, CSS for development and optimization
✅ Support integrations (Marketing Cloud Connect, APIs, multi-org setups)
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, Architects, QA, Developers, Stakeholders)
✅ Drive technical decisions, best practices, and implementation standards
✅ Provide troubleshooting, mentorship, and technical leadership

🔹 Required Skills:
✔️ 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
✔️ Proven experience leading complex SFMC implementations
✔️ Strong expertise in SFMC modules (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, etc.)
✔️ Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and APIs
✔️ Advanced SQL skills + knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, CSS
✔️ Deep understanding of SFMC data architecture and data models
✔️ Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

🔹 Preferred Skills:
⭐ Experience in agency / consulting / client-facing environments
⭐ Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Administrator, Email Specialist, Developer, Consultant)
⭐ Experience mentoring teams and leading technical delivery
