We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud Specialist to join our team. This is a remote role; however, candidates must be located in New York or New Jersey and be open to occasional onsite visits to 11 Corporate Woods, Albany, NY for meetings.

✅ Required Skills:
5+ years of Salesforce development experience (strong focus on Service Cloud)
Expertise in Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Schedulable), SOQL/SOSL, LWC
Hands-on experience with:
Copado
Omni-Channel Routing
Customer Support & Case Management
Flow Builder & Service Automation
Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Metadata, Tooling)
Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model
Experience with CI/CD pipelines & Git
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
🎓 Certifications (Required/Preferred):
✔ Platform Developer I (Required)
✔ Platform Developer II (Preferred)
✔ Salesforce Administrator (Preferred)
✔ Service Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
✔ Additional certifications (Application Architect, JavaScript Developer I, etc.)
⭐ Nice to Have:
Experience with React or Vue.js
Agile/Scrum methodology experience
