✅ LWC, Apex, Force.com IDE
✅ GitHub, ANT, AutoRABIT, Apex Data Loader
✅ AI Agent Development & Salesforce DevOps
✅ API Testing, Test Automation, Data Validation
✅ Agile Methodology
⭐ Experience with IVR, Avaya, Cisco, Chatbots, or Contact Center Technologies is a plus.
