🚀 Hiring: Salesforce Business Analyst / Admin (Hybrid – New York)
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst/Admin to join our team in a hybrid role based in New York.
🔹 MUST HAVE:
• 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce (SFDC) Business Analyst
• Recent hands-on Excel experience
• Recent local project experience in the NY area
• No Capital Markets experience required
🔹 Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Strong experience as a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst within financial services (asset management, private equity, hedge fund, or similar)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation logic, Apex concepts, and Flows
• Experience troubleshooting pipeline/workflow issues in Salesforce
• Ability to write high-quality business requirements and collaborate with engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly grasp complex business processes
