🔎 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions—primarily for Financial Services clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive architecture, guide teams, and translate complex business needs into powerful Salesforce solutions.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals
✔️ Design system landscapes, integrations, and solution blueprints
✔️ Lead large-scale implementations (multi-cloud & Financial Services Cloud)
✔️ Provide hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and integrations
✔️ Define data architecture, Customer 360, and real-time data solutions
✔️ Ensure security, governance & access control standards
✔️ Mentor Agile/Scrum teams and drive delivery excellence
🏦 Domain Expertise Required
🔹 Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
🔹 Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management
🔹 Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, Customer 360
🔹 Enterprise integrations & architecture
🛠️ Required Skills
✔️ 10+ years in Salesforce architecture & development
✔️ Strong hands-on experience (not just coordination)
✔️ Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & integrations
✔️ Strong communication & stakeholder management
