Strict Requirements
✔ 15+ years of total IT experience (Mandatory)
✔ Strong hands-on expertise in Python
✔ Experience building AI/ML and LLM-based applications & prototypes
✔ Recent experience in Capital Markets / Trading
✔ Hands-on with Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy, LangChain, and Cloud AI services (AWS/Azure/OpenAI)
✔ Excellent communication skills
Preferred Experience
✅ Trading workflows, investment research, portfolio analytics
✅ RAG architectures & Vector Databases
✅ Snowflake, Databricks, APIs & Microservices
