🚨 Hiring: Guidewire Project Manager | Hybrid (NJ / NY / CT) 🚨

📍 Location: New Jersey / New York / Connecticut
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite per Week)

MUST HAVE:
✔ Strong experience managing Guidewire Insurance Suite implementations
✔ Hands-on experience with Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center
✔ Deep understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain
✔ Proven Project/Program Management experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead end-to-end Guidewire implementation, upgrade, and transformation projects
🔹 Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery quality
🔹 Drive Agile/Scrum execution, release planning, and governance activities
🔹 Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and offshore teams
🔹 Conduct executive status reporting, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications
🔹 Oversee Guidewire integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities

Required Skills:
✅ Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
✅ P&C Insurance Domain Expertise
✅ Agile/Scrum Delivery Methodologies
✅ Stakeholder & Vendor Management
✅ Risk & Issue Management
✅ Jira, Confluence, MS Project
✅ Experience managing distributed and offshore teams

Preferred:
⭐ PMP, SAFe, or Agile Certification
⭐ Experience with Guidewire Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and Release Management
⭐ Prior client-facing leadership role in large insurance transformation programs
