🚨 Hiring: Senior Project Manager – PeopleSoft PUM Upgrades & OCI Migration

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 15+ years of IT/ERP project management experience and strong expertise in PeopleSoft PUM upgrades and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migrations.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end PeopleSoft PUM upgrade and OCI migration programs
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Establish project governance, reporting, escalation, and decision-making processes
• Lead executive steering committee meetings and status reviews
• Manage Oracle Consulting and other system integrator/vendor deliverables
• Oversee PeopleSoft upgrades across HCM, FSCM, ELM, Pensions, and other modules
• Coordinate fit-gap analysis, impact assessments, customization retrofit, testing, and go-live readiness
• Lead PeopleSoft environment migrations from on-premises infrastructure to OCI
• Oversee cloud migration strategy, cutover, disaster recovery, security, networking, and infrastructure readiness
• Coordinate application, database, infrastructure, network, security, and cloud teams
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, vendor invoices, contracts, and SLAs
• Drive post-production stabilization and operational transition
🛠️ Required Skills
• 15+ years of IT/ERP Project Management experience
• 10+ years of PeopleSoft project delivery experience
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft PUM & PeopleTools upgrades
• Proven PeopleSoft to OCI migration experience
• PeopleSoft Architecture & Lifecycle Management
• Change Assistant
• Oracle Database
• WebLogic
• Integration Broker
• Cloud Migration & ERP Modernization
• Disaster Recovery & High Availability
• Risk & Financial Management
• Vendor Management & Governance
• Executive/Stakeholder Communication
