Must-Have Skills
✔️ 10+ years of overall IT delivery experience
✔️ 5+ years of Project Management experience
✔️ 5+ years of Scrum Master experience leading Agile teams
✔️ Strong experience delivering medium to large Insurance programs
✔️ Strong Insurance domain knowledge – P&C, Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits
✔️ Experience with Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, Underwriting, and Customer Servicing
✔️ Strong Agile / Scrum / SAFe experience
✔️ Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar tools
✔️ Experience managing onsite/offshore distributed teams
✔️ Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and conflict
resolution skills
✔️ Experience with project governance, financial management, budgeting, and delivery metrics
✔️ Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery models
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
