Must-Have Skills
10+ years of IT Project Management experience
Proven experience leading complex IT / Operations Technology / Application Delivery / Enterprise Transformation projects
Strong cross-functional project leadership
Scope, schedule, milestone, dependency, risk & issue management
Strong stakeholder and executive communication
Experience in mission-critical or operationally sensitive environments
Strong meeting facilitation, documentation, follow-up & decision tracking
Experience with project tools such as:
Microsoft Project
Azure DevOps
Jira
Smartsheet
Microsoft Planner / Teams / SharePoint
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking and delivery
Coordinate Operations, IT, Development, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Compliance and Business teams
Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
Coordinate legacy system discovery and modernization planning
Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans
Support responsible use of AI-assisted development practices, including governance, testing, validation and documentation
Drive accountability and ensure deliverables remain on schedule
Manage implementation readiness, handoffs and post-production support planning
Preferred Experience
Utilities / Energy / Critical Infrastructure
Legacy application modernization, replacement or migration
Ingres / OpenROAD or similar legacy technologies
AI-assisted development, automation, analytics or data integration
Vendor / System Integrator management
Change management, training and operational readiness
PMP / PMI-ACP / Scrum Master / SAFe
