We are hiring a Project Manager for a full-time opportunity supporting technology change across Rates & FX hybrid broking platforms, including voice and electronic trading workflows.
📍 Location: New York City, NY

Must-Have Experience:
✔ Strong Project Manager experience in financial services / trading technology
✔ Recent experience with Capital Markets
✔ Recent experience supporting Front-to-Back Office Deal Flow
✔ Strong experience in at least one product category: FX, Rates, Equities, or Credit
✔ Experience owning end-to-end technology change delivery
✔ Strong understanding of voice, electronic, or hybrid broking platforms
✔ Experience managing BAU enhancements, regulatory change, and integration programs
✔ Strong tenure / long-term projects preferred
✔ Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
Product Knowledge Required:
FX: Spot, Forwards, NDFs, Options
Equities: Cash Equities, Equity Options, Structured Products
Rates: Government Bonds, Sovereign Bonds, Repos, Basis Swaps, Swaptions, Inflation Swaps
Credit: Corporate Credit, Single Name CDS, Index Credit Default Swaps
Front-to-Back Office Workflow Experience:
Front Office: Pricing, execution, voice/electronic broking
Middle Office: Controls, validation, STP, exception management
Back Office: Confirmations, clearing, settlement, invoicing, payments
Preferred Skills:
✔ Experience with MTFs, MiFID, FCA, EMIR, or market surveillance
✔ Trading infrastructure understanding: cloud, on-prem, databases, networking, compute
✔ Microsoft Project, Visio, BPMN 2.0, SDLC, release management
✔ Strong documentation, governance, planning, and execution discipline
