Program Manager

🚀 Hiring: Program Manager – Data Management / MDM 🚀
📍 Location: Sunrise, FL (Preferred) / New York, NY (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Data Management / Master Data Management (MDM) experience to lead enterprise-wide enablement, adoption, governance, and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead stakeholder engagement, roadshows, and executive presentations
✅ Drive organizational change management and adoption strategies
✅ Develop education and enablement programs around data and analytics platforms
✅ Establish governance forums, operating rhythms, and decision-tracking processes
✅ Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams
✅ Create executive-level communications and compelling business narratives
✅ Drive alignment between leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams

Required Qualifications:
✔️ Strong Program Management experience in enterprise environments
✔️ Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance initiatives (Highly Preferred)
✔️ Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication abilities
✔️ Experience leading organizational change management programs
✔️ Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
✔️ Proven success managing complex, cross-functional programs
