Hiring: Oracle Retail Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant (USA | Onsite | Full-Time)

Grace Tech Consulting is looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Cloud Consultant to support end-to-end retail implementations and drive operational excellence for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Retail Cloud across merchandising, pricing, inventory, and financial modules.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Optimize retail workflows and ensure seamless data integration using RICS, RFI, and OIC.
Support data migration, system performance monitoring, and reporting.
Collaborate closely with business and IT teams to deliver timely and scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Retail Cloud implementations.
Expertise across modules such as MFCS, SIOCS, PCS, IMCS, RICS, EICS, RFI, POM, and Assortment Planning.
Strong understanding of retail processes: Merchandising, Pricing, Inventory, Financial Reconciliation.
Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud, reporting, and batch processing.
Familiarity with PIM (Stibo) and WMS integrations is a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
