Living Cities is hiring a Development Strategy & Operations Manager.
We are looking for a strategic, highly organized, and execution-focused professional to help build and manage the systems, strategy, research, materials, and follow-through that power Living Cities’ fund development efforts.
Reporting to the CEO and collaborating closely with senior leadership, this role will lead critical work across development strategy, prospect research, pipeline and moves management, proposal development, CRM operations, revenue forecasting, funder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate brings deep fundraising and development operations experience, exceptional writing and research skills, and a commitment to advancing equitable economic opportunity.
📍 Based in Living Cities’ Washington, DC, or New York City office.
🏢 Hybrid schedule, with at least three in-office days per week.
💼 Seven or more years of relevant experience preferred.
