BriefCatch is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to help build and scale the systems, processes, automation, and reporting that power our go-to-market engine.
This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who loves turning data into decisions, creating efficient revenue processes, and partnering across Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to drive growth.
In this role, you'll:
✅ Optimize our marketing technology stack, including HubSpot and related GTM tools
✅ Build and improve automation, lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle programs
✅ Create dashboards and reporting trusted by executives, sales leaders, and marketers
✅ Improve attribution, funnel visibility, and conversion performance across the customer journey
✅ Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to drive revenue growth
We're looking for someone with 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Growth Operations in a B2B SaaS environment, with deep HubSpot expertise and a passion for building scalable systems.
