• Node.js & AWS Lambda
• Amazon Connect and/or Amazon Lex
• REST APIs, JSON & Microservices
• AWS API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, SQS & EventBridge
• IVR and self-service workflows
• CRM, database and third-party API integrations
• Git/GitHub & CI/CD
• Debugging, troubleshooting & performance optimization
• Cloud security and secure coding practices

🔹 Preferred Skills
• Contact Center / IVR development
• Conversational AI / Chatbot experience
• Salesforce or ServiceNow integration
• CloudFormation, CDK or Terraform
• Agile development experience
• AWS Developer Associate / AWS Solutions Architect certification
