🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and enhance custom automation frameworks using Node.js.
✅ Validate Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing profiles, prompts, Lambda integrations, and Amazon Lex bots.
✅ Test customer authentication, IVR/self-service workflows, callbacks, transfers, and error handling scenarios.
✅ Validate integrations with AWS Lambda, REST APIs, CRM platforms, and backend services.
✅ Execute smoke, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
✅ Analyze automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
✅ Create and maintain reusable automated test scripts, test data, and automation utilities.
✅ Integrate automation suites into GitHub CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and deployment.
✅ Track defects using Jira and provide detailed quality reports and testing metrics.
✅ Continuously improve automation coverage, framework performance, and release quality.

Cyara Certification
Experience with Contact Center KPIs and Customer Journey Testing
