We are hiring experienced Network Wireless Engineers for a large-scale enterprise network modernization program focused on enhancing reliability, security, and next-generation wireless infrastructure.
🔹 Mandatory Skills:
✅ 15+ years of IT experience
✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Cisco Wireless & Aruba Wireless technologies
✅ Aruba ClearPass experience is MUST (802.1X, RADIUS, profiling, role-based access)
✅ Experience in Wireless Design & Implementation (HLD / LLD)
✅ Expertise in Ekahau or Hamina wireless survey tools (Mandatory)
✅ Strong RF fundamentals & Wi-Fi standards knowledge (Wi-Fi 5/6/6E/7)
✅ Experience with hardware refresh/upgrades and enterprise Wi-Fi deployments
✅ CCNP Certification Mandatory
✅ Aruba Certifications Mandatory – ACMP / ACDP / ACCX
✅ Strong troubleshooting experience in complex enterprise WLAN environments
🔹 Preferred Skills:
✔ Cradlepoint / 5G networking exposure
✔ BGP & OSPF knowledge
✔ Experience with large enterprise or industrial wireless environments
✔ Ability to conduct onsite Wi-Fi surveys and RF optimization
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise wireless networks
✔ Conduct predictive & onsite wireless surveys using Ekahau/Hamina
✔ Create HLDs, LLDs, BoMs, and deployment documentation
✔ Lead troubleshooting for complex Wi-Fi performance and authentication issues
✔ Support Wi-Fi lifecycle management, upgrades, and modernization initiatives
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
