🔹 Job Requirements:
• Must have 15+ years of experience
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise WLAN technologies (Cisco, Aruba)
• Strong experience with Aruba ClearPass for 802.1X, RADIUS, profiling, and role-based access
• Deep understanding of RF fundamentals including channel planning, power, and interference mitigation
• Strong knowledge of 802.11 standards including Wi-Fi 5/6/6E/7
• Experience with WLAN authentication, EAP methods, and enterprise policy engines
• Experience with enterprise controllers and cloud-managed Wi-Fi platforms
• Proficiency with wireless survey tools such as Ekahau and Hamina
• Experience with Cradlepoint or similar 5G cellular-enabled networking platforms
• Experience supporting large-scale Wi-Fi environments in enterprise organizations
• Ability to interpret network analytics, performance data, and incident trends
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to travel for onsite pre/post deployment Wi-Fi surveys

🔹 Preferred Certifications:
• CWNP (CWNA, CWDP, CWSP, CWNE)
• Cisco Wireless (CCNP/CCIE Wireless)
• Aruba Expert (ACMP, ACDP, ACCX)
