🔹 Mandatory Skills & Experience:
✅ 14+ years of LAN/WAN Network Administration
✅ CCIE Certification (Routing & Switching / Service Provider / Data Center) – Mandatory
✅ Strong hands-on experience with:
• BGP, MP-BGP, OSPF, MPLS, LISP
• IPSEC, QoS, Multicast
• VXLAN (L2/L3)
• Low latency network environments
• Network performance optimization

🔹 Routing Platforms:
• Cisco ISR4K, ASR1K, ASR9K
🔹 Switching Platforms:
• Cisco Cat3K, Cat4K, Cat6K, Cat9K
• Arista 7200 Series
🔹 Switching Technologies:
• VLAN, DOT1Q, RSTP
• EtherChannel (LACP & PAgP)
