Hiring: Senior .NET Core Developer
Location: New York City / New Jersey (Hybrid)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior .NET Core Developer with strong expertise in microservices, cloud infrastructure, and modern platform engineering.
Key Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on .NET Core development with microservices-based architectures
5+ years of experience with SQL / Relational Databases; NoSQL is a plus
2+ years of experience with AWS and Terraform (IaC)
Strong knowledge of Git, JIRA, Agile/Scrum, Docker, and Kubernetes
Ability to create and communicate system design diagrams, including sequence and deployment diagrams
Experience with AI-assisted coding, including code generation, refactoring, and automated testing
Understanding of secure AI development practices, governance, prompts/playbooks, and AI enablement
Strong experience building POCs for new technologies and presenting technical recommendations and trade-offs
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, quality gates, automated testing, release strategies, blue/green or canary deployments, and environment promotion
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Financial Services domain experience
Experience with Java and Kotlin
