🔹 Project Overview
The selected candidate will support the Homeless Housing and Assistance Program (HHAP) and help design and build a custom application that will replace the current third-party application while maintaining existing functionality.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop the new custom HHAP application
• Provide application architecture and technical direction
• Create end-to-end UML diagrams for the to-be system
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to the .NET development team
• Analyze business processes and workflows
• Develop system specifications and resolve technical issues
• Create comprehensive technical documentation
• Assist with additional OTDA priority projects as needed

✅ 84+ months application architecture and n-tier ASP.NET development
✅ VB.NET & Web Services
✅ WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)
✅ Oracle & PL/SQL
✅ SQL programming & JSON
✅ Angular 9–14 / Angular SPA
✅ Redux
✅ UML / System & Application Architecture
✅ Web GUI design & accessibility compliance
✅ Business process/workflow analysis
✅ Government application development experience
✅ Bachelor's Degree
