🚨 Hiring: Senior Developer (.NET Core) – Lead 🚨
We're looking for an experienced Senior Developer (.NET Core) – Lead to join a high-performing team working on modern cloud-native applications and microservices architectures.
📍 Location: New York City, NY or Alpharetta, GA
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days onsite)

✅ Face-to-Face Interview Availability Required
Key Skills & Experience:
🔹 Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core and Microservices Architecture
🔹 Expertise in SQL/Relational Databases (NoSQL is a plus)
🔹 Solid experience with AWS Cloud and Terraform (IaC)
🔹 Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Git, JIRA, Agile/Scrum
🔹 Strong system design and architecture documentation skills (Sequence, Deployment Diagrams, etc.)
🔹 Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, quality gates, blue-green and canary deployments
🔹 Ability to drive AI-assisted software development, governance, and engineering best practices
🔹 Experience creating POCs, evaluating new technologies, and presenting recommendations
🔹 Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Financial Services domain experience
⭐ Java and Kotlin development experience
