About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java, AWS, Microservices, and Docker to join a leading financial services organization. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale applications while driving cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, cloud technologies, and modern software architecture practices.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java (J2SE/J2EE).
✅ Build scalable and resilient Microservices-based architectures.
✅ Develop, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker.
✅ Integrate and manage cloud-native solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
✅ Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
✅ Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
✅ Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
✅ Participate in system design discussions and technical decision-making.
✅ Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
